The Upper House: Known as the Council of Bishops.
It is made up of selected, 12 distinguished members/Apostles who are appointed only by the Archbishop from different nations following strong recommendation. These are Men and women who have demonstrated their commitment to the gospel, who have the ability to lead and provide vision and direction at a higher level. They lead, minister, unite and keep the vision in line with the great commission - Matthew 28v18-19.

This is known as the Council of pastors and ministers, made up of selected 36 distinguished members, appointed by the Apostolic Bishop from different nations. These are Men and women who have demonstrated their commitment to serving the Saints, spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and have demonstrated good leadership ability, sense of honesty, responsibility and adherence to Biblical truth and practices.

Voting members who are missionaries, well versed in missions, church planting and very connected to missions, outreaches and churches in the mission field. They are appointed as missionary council Elders to coordinate mission work globally, including church planting training and effective remote outreach initiatives.

The Post of the Apostolic Archbishop: This is lifetime appointment and upheld until death or resignation.

The Post of The Apostolic Bishop: This is a lifetime appointment/held for Life, until death or voluntary resignation.

Post of Ordained Network Bishops: These are selected & appointed for 5 year terms which are renewable upon application to the Archbishop or to the Upper House secretariat.

Voting Rights on Policy Shift: Is granted to all network members & ministers.

This is made up of selected 6 distinguished members/Apostles who are appointed only by the Archbishop from each nation following credible recommendation. These are Men and women who have demonstrated their commitment to the gospel, who have the ability to lead and provide national vision and direction for the network within their nation.

This is known as the regional council of pastors and ministers, made up of selected 12 distinguished members from a named nation, appointed by the office of the Apostolic Bishop from each nation. These are Men and women who have demonstrated their commitment to serving the Saints, spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and have demonstrated good national leadership ability, integrity, sense of honesty, responsibility and adherence to Biblical truth and practices & gifted in working with others within the Body of Christ.

These are voting local pastoral team members who are ministers, missionaries, pastors or laymen who are well versed in church affairs, church building, local outreaches and Kingdom services. They are appointed as missionary council Elders to coordinate mission work globally, including church planting training and effective remote outreach initiatives.

Renewable term of office. Appointed for 3-5 years period as appropriate and agreed upon by the national management team.
